BRG & BEX Series - Undercounter Boilers

The Hobart range of undercounter pressure boilers provide boiling water and if required, steam. Using minimal counter space, the units are designed to give fast, economical production of boiling water, with a high initial output and fast recovery time. The boilers are fitted with either a single or double font, or an auto dispense font which dispenses boiling water in a measured dose. These boilers can be sited under existing tabling or under a beverage counter.

When choosing a water heater or boiler, it is important to analyse the task in question. The main factors influencing the choice of appliance are initial heat-up time, initial draw-off and recovery time. These elements determine whether the appliance is to be used immediately or if there is time to allow for heat-up prior to use.
