



Casamia, a family run restaurant in Bristol, has enjoyed vast critical acclaim over the past year achieving status within the Top 100 at the National Restaurant Awards. Brothers Peter and Jonray work together to create a masterful menu of classic dishes with modern techniques, inspired by their strong Italian roots.
Serving a 12 course tasting menu to around 30 people each day is a time-intensive task, requiring a near constant supply of clean plates ready to go in an instant. Whilst the restaurant previously employed a pot-washer, they struggled to achieve the high quality clean and speed necessary to keep up the impeccable service standards expected at the restaurant.
