Two British Icons Unite to Celebrate the Power of 4

In the healthcare environment, food is integral to patient recovery, but it takes partnership to really make it work. NHS England’s new Power of 4, Powered by all campaign is all about collaboration; aligning the skill and expertise of NHS catering, nursing and dietetics teams, while adding a critical fourth pillar that makes patients an active partner in their own recovery process.

The central ethos of the new campaign is that when patients are involved in menu conversations, food and drink steering groups, feedback mechanisms and service redesign, the resulting improvements are practical, meaningful and sustainable.

It’s a principle we at Hobart share. Our own Customer Back Innovation process centres around the end user and sees our innovative machines take shape around their specific needs and challenges, involving them at every step of the journey.

In recognition of the new campaign - and continuing a longstanding history of partnership with healthcare caterers - we have created an exclusive Power of 4, Powered by all edition of our Hobart A200 mixer for an exclusive giveaway to one deserving NHS kitchen. An iconic machine built to honour an iconic British institution.

The giveaway is open to entries for any site working for, or serving, the NHS. One winner will be chosen at random and announced to the whole NHS catering community during the NHS Chef of the Year finals on 8th October.

Enter today to bring a truly iconic piece of kit to your NHS kitchen. Built to last, engineered to perform, mixed in Britain.

Nominate an NHS kitchen for their chance to win the Pof4 mixer
