We pride ourselves on our priority reactive response time and our unrivalled First Time Fix rate, made possible by our expert technicians and the core stock of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts in their van.
Our Technicians only ever use OEM parts which are designed and manufactured specifically for HOBART catering equipment, guaranteeing a perfect fit and maximising the lifespan of the equipment.
As with the PLUS cover, EXTRA allows you to schedule in a yearly maintenance visits from our nationwide team. During each visit, our Tech will thoroughly check over your catering equipment, ensuring vital health and safety inspections are completed.
