The PLUS cover from HOBART Service is our entry level catering equipment service package.
The PLUS cover allows you to maximise uptime by scheduling in yearly maintenance visits from our nationwide team of factory trained Service Technicians. During each visit, our Tech will thoroughly check over your catering equipment, ensuring vital health and safety inspections are completed.
The PLUS cover gives you access to our priority reactive response service in addition to discounted parts and breakdown labour.
In a breakdown, our Technicians are dedicated to having your catering equipment back up and running as quickly as possible. Often, we are able to complete a first time fix, all due to our expert technicians and the core stock of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts in their van.
HOBART Service Technicians only ever use OEM parts. HOBART OEM parts are designed and manufactured specifically for HOBART catering equipment, guaranteeing a perfect fit and maximising the lifespan of the equipment.
The PLUS service cover can be taken out on all HOBART and Bonnet equipment.
