During the last 18 months, our dedicated workforce has prioritised the NHS and critical services, exceeding SLAs throughout the pandemic.

This resulted in 30% growth in service and maintenance to healthcare sector customers - even with our reduced workforce, we continuously exceeded our service level agreements.

Our customers trust HOBART Service for the quality of our service, transparency of our pricing, experience of our Service Technicians and our unrivalled First Time Fix rate of 94%.

This commitment has led to us winning Supplier of the Year – Service and Support at the 2021 Foodservice Equipment Journal Awards.

As the market leader and official maintenance arm of HOBART, we understand that when kitchen equipment breaks down, a quick callout time means nothing without the knowledge, training and van stock, all of which helps our Technician’s to provide an efficient fix.
