The latest development in our Ecomax by Hobart range is the new generation of Ecomax and Ecomax plus undercounter machines, designed with new and improved value enhanced features to deliver even better wash results.
The new machines include an updated control panel with single button control and colour coded display making it easier to operate and see the status of the wash.
The range also now comes with the addition of a hygiene cycle, previously only available on premium models; the programme can be run whilst using Hobart’s HYLINE hygiene tablets to help maintain the cleanliness of the machine and freshen up the tank.
Ecomax undercounters also now come with additional wash cycles offering greater flexibility for different levels of soiling. A reduction in water consumption helps to bring down operational costs, and the new E-Save cycle reduces the rinse temperature and operates a shorter cycle to save on electrical energy consumption whilst maintaining wash performance.
The latest development comes with a new double walled construction which gives improved heat retention as well as a noise reduction.
For the new Ecomax plus range there are additional improvements. These include a redesigned ergonomic door, a new quick start control panel, and three specialised cycles for cutlery, glasses*, and bottle washing* (*G515/S only).
