All Hobart Hood-type dishwashers are manufactured at our German headquarters, guaranteeing consistent build quality across the range, Profi and Premax machines also benefit from the following innovations:
The new optimised VAPOSTOP ER option provides for greater energy efficiency and an improved kitchen environment.
The four-sided hood retains heat and sound energy within the machine, noticeably improving the working environment, avoiding on the need for extraction, and saving on energy costs.
Optional Drain Heat Recovery significantly reduces electrical energy consumption via the transfer of heat from outgoing hot water to incoming cold water.
The SENSO-ACTIVE system with GENIUS-X² filtration constantly monitors the wash water to maintain the optimum water quality, for the best wash results whilst using the minimum amount of water. This negates the need to drain and re-fill the machine during busy service.
An interlocked strainer protects the dishwasher from accidental damage as the strainer prevents objects being inadvertently dropped into the wash chamber and damaging the pump.
A combined wash and rinse arm, with self-flushing nozzles which eliminate blockages, gives maximum wash performance whilst reducing manual cleaning effort for operators. This allows for a 10% reduction in water consumption on short and standard cycles^, which in turn results in a similar reduction in energy and chemical consumption.
Easy to identify, colour co-ordinated parts, and the clip in wash and rinse arm make it easy for operators to remove and replace parts for cleaning.
A new and improved wash chamber means fewer dirt traps which in turn reduces cleaning time.
An optimised self-cleaning cycle automatically activates on drain down to minimise labour required to maintain a clean wash chamber.
A new hood support and handle design on our counterbalanced hoods provide for smoother functionality, reducing strain on the operator whilst retaining the speed of operation in busy kitchens. Risk of injury is also significantly reduced, especially when operating at high capacities.
A new and intuitive Visiotronic interface, located on the hood, with colour-coded display allows operators to see the status of the wash at a glance and provides consistency across the range.
To maintain the wash chamber in the best possible condition, operators can select the Hygiene cycle to clean the machine at a convenient time, with minimum effort required.
The reduced water consumption per cycle helps to bring down operational costs whilst still delivering great wash results and hygienically clean ware.
Easy to download data for HACCP compliance using SmartConnect App or USB data.
The Thermolabel 71°C setting can be switched on for Profi and Premax models for operator flexibility.
