The smallest mixer in our range at just a 5 litre capacity. This powerful mixer is ideal when smaller batches are being mixed regularly. With single phase power supply this mixer is plug and play, ready for reliable operation day after day.

Our HSM mixer series offers enhanced anti-corrosion features in a choice of 10 or 20 litre sizes. Every model features Hobart’s precision planetary mixing system - designed to deliver consistent results, shift after shift.
The Hobart HSM mixers are available with a range of bowl adaptors which allow the operator to interchange bowls and attachments to suit the specific operation at the time. The stainless steel base frame, pedestal and cast bowl support and planetary housing make these models some of the toughest in our range.

The A200 is our iconic Hobart mixer design, leading our mixer range for over 60 years. At 20 litres, it’s large enough for most daily kitchen volumes, and compact enough for the tightest spaces. An added benefit to the A200 is that it is available as a floor standing or bench mounted version and can be supplied with a 10 litre adaptor kit to make it even more versatile when mixing smaller quantities.

These heavy-duty floor standing mixers are legendary for their strength and longevity. With 30, 40, 60 or 80 litre options available, there is a mixer for every large-scale production operation. All available with an extensive list of optional accessories so they can manage all types of product. The open base and pedestal design allows for easy cleaning beneath the mixer.

The HL series is Hobart’s legacy range - large-capacity, heavy-duty floor mixers built for the most demanding production environments. Available in 80 and 140 quart capacities, with Variable Frequency Drive technology and cast iron transmission housings. With Soft Start Agitation technology the mixer smoothly switches between speeds to reduce the chance of ingredients leaving the bowl.
The swing out bowl allows easy access to the bowl contents, and the triple interlock system protects the operator from misuse as it only operates when correctly in position.
