To celebrate the festive season we're counting down some of our highlights from 2023, and sharing some delicious dishes from our Hobart Chef Brigade that will make your Christmas menus shine.

Kicking things off in our countdown is a recap of MD Tracy's inspirational day on the road with the HILS Meals on Wheels service, seeing first hand the incredible work they do. 3. John's Perfect Christmas Turkey

4. Christmas Jumper Day

 

 

 

It's Christmas Jumper Day at Hobart HQ and our team have really gone to town with some stunning efforts!

5. Two Level Washer

7. Celebrating the NHS Chef of the Year

 

 

 

Our Christmas countdown continues and today we're celebrating the heroes of hospital catering. We were fortunate enough to sponsor the NHS Chef Of The Year and mentor the winning team from East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust!
We salute all the hard working kitchen teams in this most vital of sectors.
 

8. The multifunctional, 24-Hour Precipan

11. Mike's Perfect Roast Potatoes

 

 

So far our chef brigade have brought you their perfect turkey and gravy recipes, but it wouldn't be Christmas dinner without roast potatoes. Chef Mike has perfected the fine art of crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, and his gift to you is his prized and (not too secret) recipe.

12. The kitchen heroes and the Hood-types that keep them going

 

 

Whilst there's a lot of noise around the food being served at Christmas, lets take a moment to shout out the brilliant KPs who keep the kitchens going!

14. Paul's perfect Chocolate Orange Bread and Butter Pudding

 

 

So far our chef brigade has delivered recipes for the main part of the Christmas dinner, and now Chef Paul shares with us a dessert to finish it all off - a Chocolate Orange Bread & Butter pudding, cooked in the famous High Speed Steamer & Precijet+, truly the best of festive finishers (just make sure you leave room for the cheese!)
